HOW TO CLEAR CACHE AND COOKIES

Chrome

1. Click the Chrome menu button.

2. Click the three dots in the top right corner of the Chrome window.

3. Click "Clear Browsing Data... in the sub-menu.

4. Check the boxes “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files.” 

5. Change to All Time.

6. Click Clear data.

Microsoft Edge

1. Click the Tools menu (three dots in the upper-right corner), and open the Settings menu.

2. Select the "Settings" menu item.

        3.    Click Privacy, search, and services on the left-side menu.

    4.    Under the section Clear browsing data, Click Choose what to clear.

If you have a touchscreen and no keyboard:

1. Open the "More actions" drop-down menu (), then tap Settings.

2. Select Privacy, search, and services.

3. Scroll down and tap - choose what to clear under "Clear browsing data."

4. Click Clear now.

5. Close and reopen Edge for the changes to take effect.

Internet Explorer

1. Click the Settings "gear" icon in the top right hand corner of the window.

2. Click "Internet Options."

    3. Click the "Delete" button.

    When you click Delete,a new window will appear giving you options about what should be deleted.

    4. Choose what to delete from Internet Explorer. 

*Note that the first option is a double-negative. By keeping it checked, you preserve the local cache of Favorites data.

• To do a basic "clear your browser" refresh, only check: Temporary Internet files and website files, Cookies and website data, and History.

5. Proceed by clicking the Delete button at the bottom of the window.
