By default, the three roles listed below are not allowed to use the override feature:
Interviewer
Return Preparer
Reviewer
Log in as the Admin user (or any user assigned the administrator role) and select the roles you want to allow the ability to override entries in the general settings under the Advanced tab. These changes affect all users assigned to the specific roles you allow using the override feature.
