"Not a Licensed User" When Logging In

If a user attempts to log in, and they receive the error stating that they are not a licensed user, it means they do not have the proper user roles assigned to them in the User Management screen. 

To fix this issue, log into the Online software as an Admin user, click on Administrator in the top right corner and click on Settings. Now select User Management. From this screen, you can click Edit next to the user receiving the error. In the next screen you will see the user's assigned roles on the right. Please ensure that LicensedUser is added to the right side.
